• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Listing a Vehicle

Users may upload car details and images to list vehicles for sale. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including the vehicle's condition, legal ownership, and documentation.

4. Service Charges & Payment

Carlink Autos applies a service charge for each successful vehicle sale made through the platform:

• 3% service charge for vehicles sold at or below TZS 20,000,000
• 3% standard charge also applies to vehicles above TZS 20,000,000, but a different rate may be negotiated in advance, before the sale is finalized

The service charge is payable immediately upon sale confirmation and prior to the handover of ownership documents to the buyer.

All payments must be made through the official channels provided by Carlink Autos.

Disclaimer: Carlink Autos shall not be liable for any transactions, payments, or agreements made outside of its officially authorized systems or without written confirmation from its office.

5. Responsibilities of Sellers and Buyers

Sellers must:

• Have legal ownership or authority to sell the listed vehicle
• Disclose accurate information regarding the vehicle's condition and legal status
• Pay the applicable service charge as agreed

Buyers must:

• Conduct due diligence, including legal and mechanical inspection, before making any payment
• Acknowledge that Carlink Autos does not guarantee the condition or legality of any vehicle
• Accept that Carlink Autos is not liable for hidden defects, incomplete paperwork, or post-sale disputes

6. Dispute Resolution

Carlink Autos is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer informal mediation or communication support to help resolve disputes in good faith. We do not guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for any party's losses.

7. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

• Uploading fraudulent, false, or misleading information
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Interfering with other users' listings, transactions, or communications

8. Limitation of Liability

Carlink Autos is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Vehicle condition, documentation, or ownership claims
• Incomplete or unsuccessful sales, or lack of buyer interest

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

Carlink Autos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or listing, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

10. Amendments

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
